• ASYLUM CASES -

  We help by explaining the psychological reasons for the client missing their one year filing deadline and explaining how symptoms of PTSD are evidence of persecution suffered by the client in their country

• EXTREME HARDSHIP CASES -

  We identify and explain the unique psychological factors that create distress such as physical, financial or professional hardship or conditions in the home-country that will adversely affect the petitioner and their family.

• VAWA CASES -

  We identify and detail psychological symptoms that are commonly seen in victims of domestic violence and how these are affecting the petitioner.

• U-VISA -

  We can help petitioners who have experienced serious or violent crime in the US, by documenting their symptoms of PTSD and identifying the impact of this crime on the mental health of the individual.

  WHAT’S INCLUDED:

• Two - 1.5 hr meetings with therapist via tele-health

• Communication with attorney as needed.

• Self assessment scales , when needed.

• Complete written 7-10 page report on findings that includes case summary, diagnostic findings, credibility assessment, psychological functioning, findings and recommendations.

FEE: $1200 -includes all of the above . Payment plan offered.
