The Trauma-cles

Traumacle? of course is not a real word. It’s just the word I am using to describe a series of blog posts dedicated to helping you understand trauma a bit more.

So it’s kind of a trauma chronicle. Don’t worry, I won’t make it too intense. Because I want you to read it whenever you feel you can or if you feel you can. I have written about trauma in the past but I felt the need to do write something that provides you with a bit of a broader picture of this issue.

Something where I’m not just talking about symptoms and what you can do about it, but helping you to understand a bit about how trauma happens, in the body and the brain. Well as much as I can without therapy as least.

I work a lot with trauma (PTSD and CPTSD) but I also work with other issues. So please reach out if you know you have trauma, think you have trauma, or would like an assessment for trauma. If you have other issues going on , I am also happy to help. I will also keep writing about other issues.
