Using an integrative approach to therapy, I am engaging and interactive with my clients. In addition to mental, emotional and psychological health, I am also concerned with my clients’ physical and spiritual well being. My ultimate goal is to act as a guide, facilitator and coach in your journey. In my work I draw on psycho-dynamic, cognitive behavioral, humanistic and somatic therapies to help my clients move forward with their lives. In my practice, I work with a diverse group of clients who present with varying kinds of issues in therapy. My ideal clients are BIPOC professionals.

I have over 12 years of experience as a psychotherapist supporting clients navigate life’s stressors. My clients have been adults, teens, children, couples, families, veterans, BIPOC, LGBTQ, immigrants/children of immigrants. The issues I work with include, anxiety, depression, pregnancy, postpartum and parenting, adjustment, achievement, identity, illness, trauma, grief and loss, substance use recovery, and interpersonal relationships.
I am licensed as a Marriage & Therapist with over seven years of experience in assisting individuals in navigating through life changes and transitions. I have worked with individuals in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss and substance abuse. I utilize an integrated approach, in the use of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy,Reality Therapy, Client Centered Therapy and Family Systems. I believe awareness is of the utmost importance in motivating change and contributing to mental well-being. While circumstances of life can be difficult to process at times, maintaining a healthy mind-set, can aid in making appropriate life decisions.
